Once you're set, delivery and set-up are free within 50 miles of Alamo. There's no fixed price online — every building is quoted to what you pick, so call, text, or stop by and we'll put together a clear number and the payment plan that fits.

How does no-credit-check approval work?
We don't run a credit check, so your credit isn't a factor. You bring a few basic details, fill out a short application at the lot, and most people are approved quickly. We'll go over the terms with you in plain language before you sign anything. Call or text (956) 586-6093 to get started.
What's the difference between rent-to-own and buying outright?
With rent-to-own you make affordable monthly payments and the building is yours once it's paid off, with no credit check required. Buying outright means you pay in full up front and own it from day one. Both get you the same building and the same quality; it just comes down to what fits your budget.
Is there a down payment?
It depends on the building and the plan you choose. We'll explain any up-front amount when we go over your options, so there are no surprises. Ask us and we'll walk you through exactly what it takes to get started.
Can I pay off my building early?
Yes. With rent-to-own you can pay your balance off early whenever you're ready, and you'll own the building outright once it's paid. Let us know and we'll tell you your remaining balance.
What happens if I miss a payment?
Life happens. If you think a payment will be late, reach out to us as soon as you can and we'll work with you. We'd much rather talk it through than leave you guessing, so keep us in the loop and we'll help however we can.
Do you finance both sheds and carports?
Yes. You can finance storage sheds, carports, cabins, offices, and custom buildings the same way, with rent-to-own and no credit check or buy outright. If it's on our lot or built to order, we can usually finance it.
