One heads-up: Smart Space interior finishing isn't available on Lofted Style buildings, Metal Buildings, Greenhouses, or the Tru-Valu Series. If you've got your eye on one of those, just ask and we'll point you to a model that can be finished.
How to Get One
Ready to Finish or Built to Order
There are two easy ways to get a finished cabin or office. Start with a building from our Alamo lot and have it finished, or order a custom build to your exact size and layout and have Smart Space added before it's delivered.
Either way, your order is signed in person at the lot at 97 E Bus Hwy 83, built or finished at the Stor-Mor shop, and delivered to your place. Tell us the use and the look you want, and we'll spec it out with you.
Delivery & Financing
Free Delivery, No Credit Check, Rent-to-Own
Once your cabin or office is finished, delivery and set-up are free within 50 miles of our Alamo lot, which covers most of the Valley. We bring it out, set it level, and make sure it's ready to use before we leave.
There's no fixed price online — Smart Space finishing is quoted to the options you choose, so tell us what you want and we'll put together a clear number. You can finance with no credit check and rent-to-own, or buy outright.

Can I live in one of these or use it as an office?
Yes — that's exactly what cabins and portable offices are for. With a finished interior they work as a backyard office, studio, hobby or homeschool room, man cave, guest cabin, weekend retreat, or small retail space. Check your local rules for any live-in use, then tell us how you'll use it and we'll help you finish it to match.
What is Smart Space interior finishing?
Smart Space is the Stor-Mor interior-finishing upgrade that turns a shell building into a finished, livable, workable interior. Can I add electrical or a mini-split?
Yes. Optional electrical and an optional mini-split for heating and cooling are part of the Smart Space options, along with insulation, paneling, trim, and paint. Let us know what you need and we'll include it when we spec your build.
Is delivery and set-up included?
Yes. Delivery and set-up are free within 50 miles of our Alamo lot, which covers Alamo, McAllen, Edinburg, Mission, Pharr, Harlingen, and most of the Rio Grande Valley. We deliver it finished, set it level, and make sure it's ready to use.
Can I custom-order one, or do you finish a ready building?
